Lucky 13 Pump Cones — Yamaha

The Lucky 13 Pump Cone is an adjustable, all billet pump cone for Yamaha jet pumps. Its extended length allows custom pump pressure tuning, resulting in additional thrust — higher top speeds, better acceleration and reduced cavitation. Adjustment is simple: remove the stainless steel tail cone bolt, pull off the billet cone, and add or remove the supplied spacers (3mm, 4mm and 5mm included; other thicknesses available separately). Choose Your Cone

Yamaha SVHO (part # L13-YAM-SVHO). For use with the OEM SVHO pump only. For the RIVA/Solas SVHO Stainless Steel Pump, use the Lucky 13 SHO Pump Cone (part # L13-YAM).

Yamaha SHO & HO (part # L13-YAM). Fits the stock pump in Yamaha 1.8 SHO & HO models, the RIVA/Solas SHO/HO Stainless Steel Pump (part # YSS-SV-160/74R), and the RIVA/Solas SVHO Stainless Steel Pump (part # YVS-SV-160/74).

Tuning Notes

• Using this cone will result in initially lower RPM — run a larger exit diameter on your venturi nozzle than you would normally run (typically 3mm larger); best results are achieved boring your OEM nozzle out larger.
• Best results are generally achieved spacing the cone back into the venturi as far as possible, then adjusting venturi nozzle diameter and impeller pitch to achieve desired RPM. In some cases it may be necessary to reduce the pitch of the trailing edge of your impeller slightly.
• Each ski will vary — test different spacer and nozzle configurations to find the sweet spot for your setup.
