300 XX-Charger (part # RS17140-135-1)

The RIVA XX-Charger (part # RS17140-135-1) is a supercharger impeller and spacer upgrade for Sea-Doo 300 engines, delivering up to 17.5 PSI of boost for harder acceleration and increased top speed. The billet impeller and 3mm spacer install onto the stock supercharger base plate.

• 12 PSI @ 8,000 RPM

Fitment

Sea-Doo 300 engines. Requires VT1100-INK fuel injectors.

Notes

Engine oil level should be 2/3 to 3/4 on the dipstick (follow the warm-up procedure in your owner's or service manual before checking). Data logging of air/fuel ratio is strongly recommended.

300 XXX-Charger (part # RS17140-XXX-1)

The RIVA XXX-Charger (part # RS17140-XXX-1) is a complete performance supercharger assembly for Sea-Doo 300 engines. A lightweight 142mm billet aluminum impeller, 3mm billet spacer, and machined front and rear housings increase interior volume for huge gains in boost pressure, acceleration and top speed — up to 24 PSI at 9,200 RPM. It installs in place of the OEM supercharger.

325 XX-Charger (part # RS17220-CMS-XX)

The RIVA 325 XX-Charger (part # RS17220-CMS-XX) is a complete high-performance supercharger for Sea-Doo 325 engines. Developed with TiAL USA, its advanced billet impeller uses optimized blade profiles to dramatically increase airflow and boost efficiency — producing 400 horsepower at 9,200 RPM with supporting upgrades.

The RIVA 325 XX-Charger Impeller Upgrade (part # RS17220-SIU-XX-B) is a high-performance billet supercharger impeller for Sea-Doo 325 engines. Developed in collaboration with TiAL engineers, it produces 400 horsepower at 9,200 RPM with supporting upgrades.

• 20.5 PSI @ 8,500 RPM
• 22.5 PSI @ 9,000 RPM

Installation

Due to the precision nature of this upgrade, installation is performed by RIVA Racing: you ship your original supercharger to RIVA, their technicians remove the stock impeller and install the XX-Charger impeller using specialized tools, then ship it back — typically within 1–2 business days.
